A 35-year-old girl allegedly died by suicide after she jumped from the sixth ground of a civic hospital in Vile Parle on Friday.
Rabiya Khan, the deceased, a resident of Jogeshwari, was admitted to the Cooper hospital three days in the past as she was affected by a liver illness.
Round 5am on Friday, when her teenage daughter fell asleep, the girl allegedly jumped from the window of the hospital, mentioned the Juhu police.
After a couple of minutes, when the teenage lady didn’t discover her mom round, she alerted her father who was sleeping exterior the women ward, mentioned police.
Whereas in search of the girl, her husband found her mendacity in a pool of blood within the hospital compound. She was declared lifeless by the docs on the hospital.
Officers on the Juhu police station mentioned that the girl’s household knowledgeable them that she was depressed over her liver failure. Since there was no foul play prima facie, an unintentional loss of life report (ADR) was registered by the police.
