“It’s with a heavy coronary heart that that is the ultimate replace I will probably be giving for my cousin Erika. She has joined her mom Sylvia, her Brother JJ, her uncles Chava & Loui on the opposite facet,” Rivera wrote. “She fought an extended and onerous battle. She was robust and held on so long as she may for her infants. I do know she was so grateful for your whole help and love and prayers.”

Diarte-Carr leaves behind her two kids: 7-year-old Jeremiah and 5-year-old Aaliyah.
