Police on Monday arrested six males for allegedly assaulting a girl and forcibly stripping her of her scarf when she was with a person of a distinct group in Muzaffarnagar’s Khalapar space on Saturday afternoon. The motion was taken after a video of the incident surfaced on social media and police acquired a criticism from the victims.
The police recognized the accused as Sartaj, Shadab, Mohammad Umar, Arsh, Shoaib and Shami, all residents of Muzzaffarnagar.

“On Saturday, between 4 pm to 4:30 pm, a girl from Khalapar space in Muzaffarnagar and a person from Shamli had been returning after accumulating cash from Sujru village in Muzaffarnagar.
