“Imagine it or not, I used to be at Madison Sq. Backyard, I feel it was Ali-Frazier I. … I used to be there as a younger man, very younger man,” Trump recalled. “And I bear in mind, there have been many coronary heart assaults. … It was the craziest night.Â

And I can’t say it as a result of I’m not within the ring, however these fights have been higher. Frazier received the bout through unanimous determination. Ali, who was 31-0 going into the combat, suffered his first defeat. Frazier moved to 27-0.
Trump praised UFC President Dana White for the way he has turned the combat world’s consideration from boxing to combined martial arts.
“Now you will have Dana White who has finished such an ideal job with UFC,” Trump added. “Except one thing occurs, boxing doesn’t look the identical because it did.”
Trump additionally mentioned his friendships with boxing promoter Don King and Ali.
