SpiceJet on Friday stated it has cleared all worker provident fund dues value Rs 160.07 crore that had been pending for over two years.
The low-cost service, which has been going through a number of headwinds, just lately raised Rs 3,000 crore, following which it has been clearing statutory, GST (Items and Companies Tax), and different dues.

In response to the discharge, since October, SpiceJet has been utilising its inner money flows to satisfy its statutory obligations, together with provident fund and TDS (Tax Deduction at Supply) funds, the discharge stated.

Shares of SpiceJet rose 1.38 per cent to shut at Rs 58.59 apiece on BSE.
