
A soldier was injured in an unintended landmine explosion close to the Line of Management (LoC) on Saturday, officers stated.
In one other incident, an outdated rusted mortar was recovered in a village in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, they stated.
The landmine blast occurred at 10.50 am within the Nangi-Takeri space of Krishna Ghati sector of Mendhar when the Military personnel had been on patrol responsibility, the officers stated.
They stated a soldier was injured when he by accident stepped over the landmine and was rushed to hospital.

Officers stated that the military troops discovered a rusted mortal shell in Fazalabad village within the Surankote space throughout the space domination patrol late this afternoon.
