Bollywood singer Shantanu Mukherjee aka Shaan lately purchased a residential property in Prabhachiwadi for Rs 10 crore, in keeping with property registration paperwork reviewed by Sq. Yards. Based on the paperwork, the transaction was registered in March 2025. The singer has bought the property alongside along with his spouse Radhika Mukherjee.
Shaan has bought an expensive plot-plus-bungalow property that spans roughly 4,787.92 sq. yards. The constructed up space of the bungalow is round 5500 sq. toes.
The transaction reportedly incured a stamp obligation of Rs 50 lakh and a registration payment of Rs 30,000.

Shaan is a famend Indian playback singer who has been part of the music trade for over 20 years.
