
THE Principal of a Pune-based college drowned in Kashid seaside in Raigad district of Maharashtra on Friday afternoon, police stated on Saturday.
Raigad district police have recognized the deceased as Dharmendra Deshmukh (55), principal of Mahatma Jyotirav Phule Excessive College in Pisoli in Haveli taluka of Pune district.
He was part of a gaggle of about 12 individuals, primarily lecturers, who got here to Raigad district for a picnic on Friday morning at Kashid seaside in Murud.
