A Russian courtroom on Friday prolonged pre-trial detention of US citizen Joseph Tater for one month till November 14, the press service of the Moscow courts mentioned on Friday.
Tater was first detained in August and jailed for 15 days for petty hooliganism after he was alleged to have abused employees at a Moscow lodge, one thing he denied.
The Interfax information company mentioned Tater subsequently assaulted a police officer, resulting in a contemporary prison case. The cost is punishable by as much as 5 years in jail.
