It was not identified if the couple could be banned from future American Airways flights.
The flight was delayed because of the incident however arrived at its vacation spot with out the couple almost half an hour after its anticipated arrival in Cancún.
Seirafe-Novaes was charged with resisting an officer with out violence and trespassing, whereas Maia was charged with two counts of battery and trespassing.
