
An Ohio girl was arrested after allegedly capturing and killing a person who “jokingly” requested her to shoot him throughout “innocent banter,” in response to police.
Kathleen Geiger, 77, is charged with reckless murder after allegedly killing Arthur Osborne, 58, on Sunday at an condominium in Cincinnati.
Cincinnati Police mentioned officers responded to the capturing at round 7:47 p.m. Sunday night time to the 2700 block of East Tower Drive. Osborne was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

The girl informed police she and Osborne had been “engaged in innocent banter when he jokingly requested she shoot him,” police wrote in a sworn assertion.
Geiger mentioned she believed her firearm was not loaded, pointed it at Osborne and pulled the set off.
