
An individual was injured in an officer-involved capturing at a port of entry alongside the southern border, in response to U.S. Customs and Border Safety (CBP).
A CBP spokesperson confirmed to Fox Information Digital that the capturing occurred on Wednesday, October 16 on the Deconcini Port of Entry in Nogales, Arizona.
CBP mentioned one particular person was injured and flown to a neighborhood hospital in Tucson, Arizona.
