The video is a part of a broader effort by the Trump administration to crack down on the payment that proponents argue is a crucial technique to curbing Manhattan visitors.

The Federal Freeway Administration Government Director Gloria Shepherd wrote a letter asking the tolls to finish on March 21.
The tolls, though technically a pilot program, have confirmed to be a cash boon, as they netted $37.5 million in January. Along with the letter from Shepherd, Duffy additionally scrapped the Biden-era settlement between the division and New York for this system.
Regardless of the request, New York Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul vowed for “orderly resistance” in response to the FHWA’s request for ending this system in an “orderly method,” in line with ABC Information.
