Chandigarh welcomed its new Deputy Commissioner on Friday as 2013-batch Haryana cadre IAS officer Nishant Kumar Yadav assumed cost, changing Vinay Pratap Singh. Yadav beforehand served because the Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram.
