IN A joint operation with the Southern Command Navy Intelligence, Pune Metropolis Police have arrested a 31-year-old man who was allegedly operating a pretend Military recruitment racket and was giving cast appointment letters after taking cash from aspiring youths from Maharashtra, Punjab and Uttarakhand.
