Two days after a 16-year-old boy from UP’s Bijnor died at a police officer’s non-public residence following his detention in Ambala for allegedly kidnapping a 17-year-old woman, the autopsy report cites “asphyxia because of hanging” as the reason for demise.
The boy’s household, nevertheless, refused to just accept the autopsy report, alleging that the boy was murdered on the non-public residence of a police officer on the behest of the woman’s relations who had been accompanying the police crew led by Sub-Inspector Sunil Kumar Mitalia.
“There have been harm marks on his physique,” claimed the brother of the deceased. The autopsy of the boy was carried out on video by a panel of medical doctors on Monday in Shamli with the permission of the native Further District Justice of the Peace.
