A minor lady jumped off a transferring mini bus at Burari in North Delhi on Wednesday night, after she was allegedly overwhelmed up by the driving force of the bus and one other man. The police mentioned that the 2 males, who have been identified to the lady, have been arrested the identical day.

“On receiving a PCR name, police reached the spot and took the minor and the 2 males to the hospital for a medical check-up. The lady recorded her assertion with a counsellor whereby she denied allegations of sexual assault, molestation, or harassment. Her medical report additionally supported her assertion,” the officer mentioned.
Based mostly on her assertion, the police have registered an FIR underneath sections 115(2) (voluntarily inflicting damage), 126(2) (wrongful restraint), and 137(2) (kidnapping) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Burari police station.
