Franklinton Cops and Washington Parish Sheriff’s deputies who have been stationed within the space rushed to the victims and offered emergency medical support till paramedics arrived and transported them to the hospital.
Three of the victims stay within the hospital — one in vital situation and two in steady however guarded situation. The remaining two have been launched.
Anders was arrested at 11:40 p.m. after police say he offered a voluntary assertion throughout questioning during which he implicated himself.
