Jack Jones, who sang “The Love Boat” theme music, has died. He was 86.
“Jack Jones handed away final evening at 9:17 p.m. at Eisenhower Hospital after battling leukemia for nicely over two years,” Jones’ rep, Milt Suchin, mentioned in a press release shared with Fox Information Digital Thursday. “He handed peacefully holding palms along with his spouse Eleonora and his beloved toy poodle, Ivy.”
Born in 1938 to film stars Allan Jones and Irene Hervey, Jones was destined for greatness at a younger age.

After years of performing along with his father, Jones signed with Capitol Information in 1959 and, later, with Kapp Information, the place he recorded his notorious ballad, “Lollipops and Roses.”
A few of his different memorable songs embody “Wives and Lovers,” “The Race Is On” and “Girl.”
