President-elect Donald Trump has named longtime ally Kashyap “Kash” Patel to function the following director of the FBI within the new administration.
Patel, 44, is an legal professional with expertise in nationwide safety, intelligence and counterterrorism. He has been a member of Trump’s transition crew, advising the administration on different appointments.
Trump introduced Patel’s appointment in a Fact Social publish on Saturday.
