The Karnataka Excessive Courtroom on Thursday quashed an FIR filed towards BJP president JP Nadda with regard to a speech he made final 12 months in April, at Shiggaon in Haveri district. The order was handed on Thursday by a single decide bench consisting of Justice M Nagaprasanna.
