The Madhya Pradesh authorities has appointed 1988 batch IPS officer Kailash Makwana because the state’s subsequent director normal of police (DGP).
An order issued late Saturday evening acknowledged Makwana will change incumbent DGP Sudhir Saxena, who is about to retire on November 30.
Makwana is presently chairman of the MP Police Housing Company. He’ll take over as the brand new DGP of the state on December 1.
Saxena, the 1987-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, grew to become the DGP of Madhya Pradesh in March 2022.
