At the least 10 groups had been declared winners and awarded a money prize of Rs 1 lakh every on Friday on the grand finale of Good India Hackathon-2024 (Software program Version) hosted by the Indian Institute of Know-how Gandhinagar (IITGN) on December 11 and 12.
The institute hosted 37 groups, comprising round 250 college students, who labored on seven difficult drawback statements supplied by the Ministry of Housing and City Affairs, Authorities of India, in addition to Gujarat Schooling Division.
Among the drawback statements included, “Studying App for Deaf and Mute and signal language -English/Gujarat converter”, “Utilisation of aerial/drone-based pictures for monitoring of progress of development actions for constructing development tasks” and “Begin-ups in Gujarat State”, amongst others.
Saarthi, One Boat Resolution, Coding Gurus, Staff Anurved, CodeZ, AANYA, Typewriters – II, INSIGHTS, Bhasha Setu and Leviosa had been the ten groups that emerged as winners.
Recounting his expertise, Prasad Ajay Mahankal, Staff Chief of Staff Anurved, famous: “Now we have integrated progressive applied sciences like geo-tagging and GIS-like techniques to create an online utility, which is a role-based mannequin focussing on creating task-based system. This can allow environment friendly inter-departmental cooperation for presidency workers and keep away from potential conflicts. We’re tremendously grateful for this chance, and want to give our prototype knowledgeable look quickly”.
The money prize was divided in half between the joint winners.
