Days after a 32-year-old man in Surat filed a criticism with police and claimed that an unidentified assailant had chopped off 4 fingers of his left hand for a “black magic ritual”, officers stated on Saturday that he chopped his fingers himself to keep away from working at a relative’s diamond agency.
