At the least 143 kite flyers from 47 nations and 52 kite flyers from 11 states of the nation will take part within the Worldwide Kite Competition- 2025. The competition can be organised by Gujarat Tourism Division from January 11 to 14.
Moreover, 417 kite flyers from 11 cities of Gujarat may even participate within the occasion. The inauguration ceremony at Vallabhasdan Riverfront can be attended by CM Bhupendra Patel and Tourism Minister Mulubhai Bera. Comparable kite festivals can be organised on January 12 at Statue of Unity (Ekta Nagar), Rajkot and Vadodara and on January 13 at Surat, Shivrajpur, Dhordo.
