“The complainant had gone to Chitradurga in Karnataka the place he attended an exhibition and sale of varied home items. He was carrying with him Rs 25 lakh from the sale of swings. He took a bus from Chitradurg and reached Kolhapur round 5.15 am on Tuesday. When he bought down at Tawade Lodge bridge on the freeway, a person approached him and recognized himself as a vigilance officer. He requested the complainant if he was carrying money. When the complainant informed him that he was, the person informed him that it was in violation of the Mannequin Code of Conduct,” mentioned a police officer.

“The suspect requested the complainant to get right into a automobile during which 4 others had been already sitting.
