The Mumbai Police on Monday registered an FIR towards a history-sheeter for allegedly placing up {a photograph} of birthday muffins he was to chop that had sections of instances registered towards him.
Curiously, the final cake had a query mark for the following part that might be registered towards him by the police. The picture posted by Ziya Ansari on his Instagram account went viral, resulting in police taking cognizance of the {photograph}.
DCP (Zone VII) Vijay Sagar mentioned an FIR had been registered and needed motion would comply with towards the accused individual.
An officer from Bhandup police station mentioned that Ansari, a Bhandup resident, had seven instances registered towards him. To be able to have a good time his birthday, 28 small muffins had been ordered for him to chop. Whereas the preliminary muffins referred to as him “Bhandup King Ziya”, the opposite muffins had sections like 302 which stands for homicide underneath the Indian Penal Code, 307 that stands for try to homicide, together with two different sections.
