
Eight alumni of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute (MRSAFPI) in SAS Nagar (Mohali) have been commissioned into the Indian Military and Air Power right now.
Six of those officers—Kritin Gupta from Ludhiana district, Bhart Sharma and Sahildeep Singh from Amritsar, Sahilpreet Singh Sandhu from Patiala, Shiv Kumar from Kapurthala, and Uttam Malik from Bathinda—have been commissioned into the Indian Military in the course of the passing-out parade of the Indian Army Academy’s (IMA) 155 Common Course in Dehradun. The parade was reviewed by Nepal Military Chief Basic Ashokraj Sigdel.
These cadets are from the eighth Course of MRSAFPI. They’ll quickly be a part of their respective models within the Indian Military.
Moreover, two different cadets from the institute, Gursher Singh Cheema from Sangrur district and Pratham Parmar from Kapurthala, have been commissioned as Flying Officers within the Indian Air Power in the course of the 214th Mixed Passing-Out Parade of the Air Power Academy (AFA) in Dundigal. Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, Chief of the Indian Air Power, reviewed the parade.
Cupboard Minister for Employment Era, Ability Growth, and Coaching, Aman Arora, congratulated the cadets on their commissioning and urged them to work onerous to make Punjab proud.

With the commissioning of those eight officers, a complete of 168 cadets from MRSAFPI have joined the Armed Forces of India since its inception.
