BOSTON — A canine fatally attacked a lady Monday night and bit two cops in a Boston neighborhood, police mentioned.
The Boston Police Division mentioned that it responded to a report of a canine assault round 5 p.m. and located a lady with life-threatening accidents and a person injured within the metropolis’s Roxbury neighborhood. The girl, whose identify was not launched and is believed to be the proprietor of the canine, died at a hospital.
“Clearly the canine, given what he did to the 2 victims, the homeowners of the canines, the officers made the choice to discharge and put the canine down,” Boston Police Deputy Superintendent Paul McLaughlin advised reporters Monday night time.
Two officers have been bit by the canine because it rushed them and one fired a shot on the animal. Each officers have been transported to a hospital with minor accidents.
Three different canines have been faraway from the property by the town.
