The Delhi Police have arrested 4 individuals of a drug cartel working in Delhi and Nationwide Capital Area and seized Alprazolam tablets, a psychotropic drug, value Rs 1 crore, officers stated on Tuesday.
The Crime Department wing seized 2 lakh tablets, weighing 30 kilograms, from two areas – close to Sonia Vihar and a godown in Uttar Pradesh’s Loni.
Apoorva Gupta, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime Department), stated the police arrested two males on November 28, based mostly on a tip-off from Anti-Narcotics Process Drive (ANTF) concerning a drug cargo.
