It was round 2.30 am. DCP (Site visitors) Shashank Jaiswal was on his technique to meet his mom when he noticed an overturned automotive close to Subroto Park, Dhaula Kuan. Jaiswal credited the autorickshaw driver, Deepak Pal, and visitors constables Jasbir and Shailesh, for saving Kumar’s life.
