China’s army is conducting live-fire drills close to Taiwan and is warning ships to keep away from the world Tuesday following a large train final week that left the U.S. “critically involved.”
The drills close to the Pingtan islands off China’s southern Fujian province going through Taiwan are being tracked by the Taiwan Protection Ministry.

China’s Protection Ministry stated these drills have been a response to the Taiwanese president’s refusal to just accept Beijing’s demand that self-governed Taiwan acknowledge itself as part of the Individuals’s Republic of China beneath the rule of the Communist Celebration.
