The ‘Bal-Vivah Mukht Bharat Abhiyan’ will deal with seven high-burden states — West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Tripura, Assam, and Andhra Pradesh — and almost 300 high-burden districts the place youngster marriage charges are excessive.
