Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. launched a press release after the taking pictures, saying there are two suspects.
“Two people at the moment jeopardized the lives and security of residents and guests,” Scott Jr. mentioned Friday.
“We’re praying for the victims of this incident, and are hopeful they make a full restoration,” he added.
