Purported statements by main Patidar industrialist and Nirma group Chairman Karsanbhai Patel over the 2015 Patidar quota agitations have heated up the political environment in Gujarat, with the chief of the agitation, BJP MLA Hardik Patel, accusing the businessman of making an attempt to “divide” the group.
