
After days of intense negotiations, each the ruling Mahayuti and Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) have finalised the seat-sharing preparations amongst their respective allies on Tuesday, the final day for submitting nominations for the Maharashtra Meeting elections.
Just a few seats, nevertheless, are more likely to see additional deliberations until the date of withdrawing nominations on November 4.
Among the many Mahayuti allies — BJP, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar-led NCP, the BJP will contest from the best variety of seats, 152.

Earlier there was a hypothesis that the seat might be given to Mahayuti ally RPI (A) and IRS officer Sameer Wankhede might be fielded from there.
The Sena’s (UBT) Baburao Mane, too, has filed his nomination from Dharavi.
In Mahim, sitting MLA Sada Sarvankar filed his nomination as Shinde Sena candidate, paving means a triangular combat within the constituency — Sarvankar will face MNS’s Amit Thackeray and Sena UBT’s Mahesh Sawant.
The MNS is making an attempt to persuade Saravankar to withdraw his nomination to assist Amit Thackeray, since social gathering chief Raj Thackeray had supported the Mahayuti through the Lok Sabha polls.
Confusion persists over Shirpur seat too as each NCP(SP) and Communist Get together of India (CPI) candidates filed nominations from this seat. The NCP(SP), nevertheless, has not talked about this seat in its official record of declared candidates.
