A Missouri girl has pleaded responsible in reference to what prosecutors referred to as a “brazen” try to fraudulently put Elvis Presley’s Graceland property up for public sale.
Lisa Findley pleaded responsible to at least one depend of mail fraud in U.S. District Court docket in Memphis, Tennessee, on Tuesday. As a part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss one depend of aggravated id theft that was beforehand filed towards her.
When requested if she understood what she was pleading responsible to, Findley stated, “sure.” She didn’t make an announcement explaining her conduct.
Prosecutors are recommending Findley obtain a 57-month federal jail sentence. She is due again in court docket for sentencing on June 19.
