A category 8 pupil of a personal college died by suicide on Saturday by leaping from the college constructing after being “reprimanded” and “slapped” by a trainer, police stated.
The incident occurred at round 9.30 am when the Bodily Schooling trainer allegedly rebuked the 14-year-old boy in entrance of different college students. Police stated this got here after the boy reportedly “turned the course” of a CCTV digicam.
The coed was rushed to a hospital the place he was declared useless, police stated. Some college students instructed the media that the trainer had slapped the boy. A word, purportedly written by the boy, apologising to his mom for “ending his life” was present in his e book, police stated.
A case has been registered on prices of abetment to suicide and additional investigation is underway, police stated.
