A bench of Chief Justice D Okay Upadhayaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela requested the authorities involved to state in its affidavit, the small print of its measures on the problems.
“Let the problems raised within the petition be examined, as recommended by the solicitor common, on the highest degree on the Railway Board and thereafter an affidavit be filed by the respondent giving particulars of the choices which may be taken by the Railway Board,” the courtroom ordered.
