Carlos Jose Ayala Morales, 43, has been charged with felony tried indecency with a toddler, the Houston Police Division stated. He’s accused of grabbing the lady Jan. 27 whereas she was on her approach house from her elementary faculty, Fox Houston reported.

“A person got here behind me, and he touched my non-public components,” the lady instructed the station.
“I hope he is caught and put away for much longer, so he cannot damage different kids,” her mom stated.
Morales has a prolonged prison historical past. In 2017, he was charged with 4 counts of indecency with a toddler and evading arrest.

“Ayala would come up behind the victims and inappropriately contact them via their clothes,” a police information launch states.
