This comes a day after police sources alleged that Amanatullah was “unreachable”.
In a four-page letter, which was reportedly despatched by way of e mail, the Okhla MLA-elect stated he has been booked “with out cheap grounds or allegations”.
The alleged incident happened on Monday night when a Crime Department group was in Jamia Nagar to arrest one Shavez Khan in reference to an assault case.
The FIR, lodged on the idea of a criticism flied by the Crime Department, acknowledged when the policemen had been questioning Shavez, Amanatullah Khan arrived with 20-25 individuals. “Amantullah stated, ‘you don’t know who I’m, I’ll get your uniform eliminated and it doesn’t matter to me if another case is filed towards me.
