A day after Chief of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi slammed the federal government over its dealing with of the border row with China, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh mentioned Gandhi had misquoted the Military chief. Talking in Parliament yesterday, Gandhi had mentioned that the PM has denied that Chinese language forces are inside our territory “however for some purpose, our Military retains speaking to Chinese language about their entry into our territory and Chief of Military Employees has mentioned that the Chinese language are inside our territory”.
Taking to social media platform X, Singh mentioned: “The Military Chief’s remarks referred solely to the disturbance of conventional patrolling by either side.
