No less than 4 staff have been killed after a bit of the roof collapsed on them on the JK Cement plant in Madhya Pradesh’s Panna Thursday morning, police stated.
The incident occurred round 12 midday on the seventh ground of the manufacturing unit close to Amanganj city. Based on the police, staff have been laying the roof slab when the scaffolding gave method instantly, burying a number of staff beneath.
DIG Lalit Shakyawar stated the three of the victims — Ansar Alam (34), Masood (36), Musfir (36) — have been from Bihar whereas one, Rohit Khare (32), was from Simariya in Panna district.
Their our bodies have been despatched for postmortem. Moreover, 15 extra staff have been wounded within the accident.
Shakyawar stated the plant administration had introduced a compensation of Rs 18 lakh to the households of every of the deceased and Rs 1 lakh to the wounded.
