The Calcutta Excessive Courtroom on Tuesday rejected the bail purposes of former training minister Partha Chatterjee and 4 former authorities officers — Subiresh Bhattacharjee, Ashok Kumar Saha, Kalyanmoy Ganguly and Santi Prasad Sinha – jailed in reference to the alleged faculties jobs rip-off being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
