Adani Group on Monday mentioned it’s going to purchase aviation upkeep, restore and overhaul (MRO) providers agency Air Works for an enterprise worth of Rs 400 crore.
“Adani Defence Methods & Applied sciences Ltd (ADSTL) has signed a share buy settlement to amass 85.8 per cent shareholding in Air Works, India’s largest personal sector MRO firm with the biggest pan-India footprint,” the conglomerate mentioned in an announcement.
With operations spanning 35 cities and a workforce of over 1,300 personnel, Air Works brings intensive experience in servicing each fixed-wing and rotary-wing plane.
