Charlie Woods, son of Tiger Woods, on Sunday has hit his first profession hole-in-one on the PNC Championships in Orlando, Florida.
The 15-year-old hit a seven-iron from 175 yards on the par-3 fourth gap within the closing spherical of the event.
“It was an ideal seven-iron, so simply form of hit it,” Charlie Woods informed the Golf Channel.
Charlie Woods didn’t even know the shot went within the gap. A big gallery by the inexperienced started wildly cheering, as did one other group of followers on the opposite aspect of the opening, most of them holding up their index finger — some downward to point it went within the gap, some upward to point out his rating. Tv cameras lastly confirmed it for him.

“It was superior. I didn’t assume it went in. I don’t imagine anyone till I’m going up there and see it,” Charlie stated.
“It was superior having Dad there.
“That was a lot enjoyable. It was only a excellent 7-iron, little minimize in there. After all by no means received to see it go in. In order that sucks. However that’s all proper.”
Charlie acquired a heat embrace from his father Tiger Woods.
“First one,” Charlie stated as cameras surrounded him.
Woods was extra excited than if he had made the hole-in-one himself.
“That was the fun of a lifetime to have the ability to have that second with Charlie, make his first hole-in-one,” stated Woods Sr.
That is the fifth straight 12 months Woods and his son are taking part in the 36-hole event and the second time they completed as runner-up.
