From December 6-14, a delegation led by Beneath Secretary for Financial Progress, Vitality, and the Surroundings Jose W. Fernandez and the American Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC), in collaboration with the Michigan Municipal League (MML) Basis, traveled to Qatar, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.
