A Florida man was arrested on youngster abuse allegations over accusations that he allegedly screamed obscenities and bodily abused a toddler for about half an hour over a lacking sofa cushion, in line with officers.
Lance Rachel Sr., 42, was charged with aggravated youngster abuse and battery by strangulation. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Workplace stated the incident occurred on Dec. 7 at a house in Kissimmee, Florida, however that it was not reported till days later.

The sheriff’s workplace opened an investigation into the incident on Dec. 11.
Rachel Sr. was offended as a result of a sofa cushion had been displaced and accused the kid of mendacity, in line with the sheriff’s workplace.
The suspect “maliciously” punished the kid by screaming obscenities and bodily abusing the kid for 28 minutes, the sheriff’s workplace stated.
Deputies stated the sufferer was struck with a belt greater than 50 instances and was choked and known as a number of disparaging names and different obscenities.
At one level, the suspect threatened to interrupt the kid’s jaw, in line with deputies.

On Dec. 16, deputies interviewed Kimberly Rachel, 35, who confirmed the incident occurred. She was arrested and charged with failure to report recognized youngster abuse.
