The usStockdale (DDG 106) and USS O’Kane (DDG 77) efficiently defeated a variety of Houthi-launched weapons whereas transiting the Gulf of Aden on Dec. 9 and 10, the Navy mentioned.
The ships have been escorting U.S. owned and operated service provider vessels after they efficiently engaged and defeated a number of one-way assaults, uncrewed aerial methods and one anti-ship cruise missile.
