Born on September 5, 1946, Justice Bedi was the son of Justice Tikka Jagjit Singh Bedi, a choose of the Punjab and Haryana Excessive Courtroom. He studied at Bishop Cotton Faculty, Shimla, finishing his Senior Cambridge in 1962.
Justice Bedi started his authorized profession on July 17, 1972, enrolling with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana.
